The invention relates to an easily-installed energy-saving floor which comprises a floor body. A plurality of round cavities are formed in the floor body in the width direction, a plurality of rectangular bosses and rectangular grooves are formed in two ends of the body respectively, and chamfers are formed in the assembly edge and corner positions of the body. The easily-installed energy-saving floor is simple in structure, easy to install, simple in manufacturing process and low in cost.
