The invention relates to a water proofing technology for an external wall panel skirting. After a skirting region with height of 600 mm is determined, water-resistant putty and an LPM-201/202 liquid material are sprayed, rolled and brushed on the external wall panel skirting. The LPM-201/202 liquid material belongs to a cement-base water-proof coating, which is mainly an alkali-activated chemical permeable sealant. When the water-resistant putty and the LPM-201/202 liquid material are coated, an external wall is not required to be cleaned, protective treatment is directly performed on the external wall, and the putty and the LPM-201/202 liquid material are brushed for two times respectively. The problem of water proofing of the external wall panel skirting of a prefabricated sandwich reinforced concrete slab assembly type house of the company of the inventor is solved, the external wall panel of a building is protected, water seepage of the external wall panel skirting of the house is avoided, and water leakage of the external wall panel of the house caused by rainwater splashing in seasons with frequent rainfall is prevented; the concrete is strengthened by the LPM-201/202 liquid material seeped into the foundation, and the strength of the surface layer of the concrete is improved; the understanding of people about protection of the external wall panel of the house is improved, and the improvement of the dwelling level of people is truly realized.
