Electric heating technology for winter concrete construction
The invention discloses an electric heating technology for winter concrete construction, comprising the following steps of (1) binding reinforcing steel bars of a cast-in-place component, supporting a template, and prearranging and fixing a plastic pipe in the cast-in-place component; (2) placing an electric heating belt in the plastic pipe, pouring concrete, and keeping the temperature of the concrete at 5-15 DEG C through heating the concrete by means of electrifying the electric heating belt. According to the electric heating technology for the winter concrete construction, the concrete of the cast-in-place component is heated from inside to outside by the electric heating belt, the surface heat loss of the cast-in-place component is less, and energy source is saved; the electric heating belt is not in direct contact with the concrete, and is further not in contact with the steel bars, so that the electric heating belt is prevented from being damaged in the concrete pouring process, the reinforcing steel bars are prevented from being electrified due to the electric leakage of the electric heating belt, and an electric shock accident is difficultly caused.
