The invention relates to a safety protection board for building construction. The safety protection board comprises a vertically arranged protection board, wherein one lower side end of the protection board is obliquely connected with a reinforcing plate, the lower end plane of the protection board is provided with a plurality of gear shapings, the upper part of the protection board is bent to form an arc-shaped cover, and the upper end of the arc-shaped cover is symmetrically and fixedly connected with mounting plates which are jointly and fixedly connected with an identification plate. According to the safety protection board provided by the invention, the lower end of the protection board is provided with the gear shapings to improve the connecting strength of the ground; furthermore, the upper end of the protection board is provided with the arc-shaped cover, therefore the safety performance can be improved, and the effect of keeping off the rain temporarily can be realized; in addition, the safety protection board has the characteristics of simple structure and multiple functions.
