The invention provides an axial-grouping and code-control lock cylinder. The axial-grouping and code-control lock cylinder comprises a lock liner shell and a lock liner, a lock liner hole matched with the lock liner is formed in the axial center of the lock liner shell, the lock liner comprises a code-rotating lock liner body and a fixed liner body which are in successive overlapped and sleeved connection along the axial direction, a rotating shaft hole coaxial with the lock liner hole is formed in the axial center of the fixed lock liner body, the code-rotating lock liner body is rotatably mounted at the front end of a lock liner hole of an outer lock cylinder, at least one group of pin tumbler holes is formed in the circumferences of the code-rotating lock liner and the fixed lock liner, code pin tumblers sliding upwards axially are mounted in the pin tumbler holes of the code-rotating lock liner, bottom pin tumblers and springs are mounted in the pin tumbler holes of the fixed lock liner, the springs in the pin tumbler holes of the fixed lock liner push the bottom pin tumblers to butt against and compress the code pin tumblers, at least one group of grading and grouping code pin tumblers is arranged among the code pin tumblers and the bottom pin tumblers, in the same axial direction, of the code rotating link liner and the fixed lock liner, and the grading and grouping code pin tumblers butt against with and are tightly compressed by one another so as to facilitate achievement of grading and grouping management by key matching. The invention further provides a lock with the axial-grouping and code-control lock cylinder.

The invention further provides a lock with the axial-grouping and code-control lock cylinder.
