The invention aims at providing a movable hinge device for an automobile engine hood with a double-rivet structure. A sliding groove is formed in one side of an engine hood fixed framework so that the device can move along guide rivets; a flange combining hole is formed in one side of the sliding groove so that the sliding groove can be combined with flanges formed on the guide rivets so that the flanges of the guide rivets are combined, and sliding parts formed between the head and the flanges are located on the inner side of the sliding groove; a fixed part is a structure which combines a fixed hole in an engine hood operation framework to be riveted. The movable hinge device aims at enabling the sliding parts of the guide rivets to smoothly move in the sliding groove and the time for raising the rear end part of the engine hood is shortened, so that the buffering effect is ensured when the engine hood collides with pedestrians; the space for expanding a safety airbag is rapidly ensured so that the pedestrian safety is ensured.
