The invention discloses an aluminium alloy door and window structure which is capable of improving the soundness, sealing, insulation and the like of glass. The aluminium alloy door and window structure comprises an internal window section, an external window section and glass, wherein certain sides, which are provided with the glass, on the internal window section and the external window section are provided with glazing beads, sealing rubber strips are arranged between the glazing beads and the glass, linear hook grooves are formed in the sides, which are provided with the glasses, on the internal window section and the external window section, and an opening of each linear hook groove faces towards the glass; the glazing beads are provided with L-shaped hook heads inserted into the linear hook grooves; clearances are reserved between the glazing beads and the glass; certain sides, facing towards the glass, of the glazing beads are provided with first steps corresponding to the sealing rubber strips; the corresponding parts of the sealing rubber strips are provided with second steps, and the second steps jack up the first steps.
