The invention discloses an antitheft safety door. A lock hole, a lock cylinder and a lock body are protected inside a door body. Structure of a door is changed, the lock cylinder is hidden, and physical space for unlocking is limited, so that antitheft effect is realized. Safety level is increased, the antitheft safety door cannot be opened by thieves. The antitheft safety door has a characteristic that only one arm can enter a narrow passage for unlocking, so that the circumstance that the antitheft safety door is opened due to the fact that the lock cylinder and the lock body are damaged by technical personnel by utilizing chisels, screwdrivers, crowbars, common hand tools and portable electric tools like electric hand drills and large electric drills can be prevented effectively. The lock body is a novel lock body where two independent lock cylinders can be mounted. A safety antitheft function is realized by fully hiding the lock cylinder and the lock body from damage.
