High-nitrogen composite ceramic lining brick kiln
The invention provides a high-nitrogen composite ceramic lining brick kiln. A high-nitrogen composite ceramic lining brick is built in a kiln cavity of the kiln body with a kiln eye and a heat insulation layer and comprises a male brick with a projection and a female brick with a groove by nesting. The kiln body is of vertical or horizontal structure, and the kiln body of the vertical structure is provided with a kiln top. The construction method of the kiln body includes building the kiln body with the kiln cavity by heat insulation materials, pressing high-nitrogen composite ceramic blank into a square brick with male and female grooves in 10 square centimeters by means of characteristics of high-nitrogen composite ceramic, sintering after forming to obtain the sintered high-nitrogen composite ceramic brick as the lining brick of the kiln. By symmetric nesting of the male and female grooves, a building layer of the lining brick of the kiln is formed. The high-nitrogen composite ceramic lining brick kiln has the advantages of no aluminum leak and oxidation prevention and is applicable to being as an aluminum melting kiln.
