The invention discloses a method for realizing pouring by using tidal marsh sludge. According to the method, cement, gypsum, mineral powder, triethanolamine, an accelerating agent and a pumping agent are uniformly mixed to prepare a mixture and the mixture is used as an efficient curing agent; or a mixture prepared by uniformly mixing the cement, lime, the gypsum, triethanolamine, the accelerating agent and the pumping agent is used as the efficient curing agent; anionic polyacrylamide is used as an efficient dehydrating agent; the tidal marsh sludge with the moisture content of 900% is subjected to sludge and water separation and the separated slurry has a pourable capability and can be used as a building material; the building material has the compressive strength of 30kPa within 7 days after the building material is poured; the earthwork requirements of ocean management buildings in ocean economic development are met nearby, the construction working amount is reduced, the construction period is shortened and the construction investment is reduced; and resources are changed into valuable things from wastes and the marine ecological environment is protected.
