Cement grinding process
The invention discloses a cement grinding process. According to the invention, the process is mainly completed by jointly or separately grinding cement clinker, a mixed material, gypsum, a grinding-aid material, a stimulating material and an additive according to a weight ratio of 36%-40%: 47%-52%: 4%-6%: 0.04%-0.06%: 2%-4%: 0.5%-0.8%, wherein the mixed material comprises mineral slag and fly ash with a weight ratio in the range of 1.5 to 1.8. Compared with the prior art, the cement grinding process of the invention can increase yield by more than 15%, can enhance 3-day strength of prepared cement by 3 to 5 mpa and 28-day strength by 5 to 8 mpa; specific surface area of the cement prepared by using the cement grinding process of the invention can increase by more than 30 m2/kg; and the cement grinding process uses less power, and more than 15% of power can be saved in the whole process.
