The invention discloses a 70Z zirconia brick, a preparation method thereof and a heat storage chamber arranged by utilizing the zirconia brick. The 70Z zirconia brick comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70-85 percent of zirconium dioxide, 9-20 percent of silicon dioxide, 3-8 percent of silica soil and 1-3 percent of superfine aluminum oxide. The 70Z zirconia brick has the advantages of quite low apparent porosity, quite high volume density, relatively high cold crushing strength and 0.2MPa of refractoriness under load; harmful atmosphere generated during combustion of petroleum coke can be effectively prevented from invading the brick; the completeness of organization structure of a fireproof material is maintained. Besides, the 70Z zirconia brick is arranged on the top layer of the heat storage chamber; the bottom layer of the heat storage chamber is formed by sillimanite; the middle layer is formed by AZS zirconia corundum bricks; the upper layer is formed by AZC lattice bricks; therefore, corrosion caused by the harmful atmosphere to the bricks inside the heat storage chamber can be greatly reduced or avoided, so the service lives of the heat storage chamber and a glass smelting kiln are greatly prolonged.
