Windblown sand dyeing method
The invention relates to a windblown sand dyeing method. According to the windblown sand dyeing method, the natural windblown sand is coated by coating materials (polyurethane and organosilicone) to obtain artificial colored sand, and the surface of polyurethane is treated by organosilicone and a fluorocarbon surfactant. The coating layer of polyurethane can be bonded with the natural windblown sand firmly, thus the wear resistance of the artificial colored sand can be improved, the service life can be prolonged, and the cost can be reduced effectively. The coating layer of organosilicone has the excellent characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and stability, weather resistance, flame retardancy and corrosion resistance and is non-toxic, odorless and physiologically inert, thus the artificial colored sand effectively overcomes the problems of high preparation cost, low strength and poor colour fastness of the existing artificial colored sand. In addition, the windblown sand replaces the quartz sand which is commonly used in the prior art, the problems that the windblown sand is hard, has a small surface area and is difficult to dye are overcome, the utilization way of windblown sand resources is created, a new deep processing direction is provided for windblown sand treatment, no mineral resources need to be exploited, and the product cost is reduced significantly.
