Temperature-stable low-dielectric constant microwave dielectric ceramic Li2ZnTi5O12 and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses application of a lithium-containing composite oxide Li2ZnTi5O12 as low temperature-sinterable temperature-stable low dielectric constant microwave dielectric ceramic and a preparation method of the lithium-containing composite oxide Li2ZnTi5O12. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing and proportioning original powder of Li2CO3, ZnO and TiO2 with the purity of above 99.9% (percentage by weight) according to the composition of Li2ZnTi5O12; (2) performing wet ball milling and mixing on the raw material obtained in the step (1) for 12h, wherein a ball milling medium is anhydrous ethanol; drying and then pre-burning in an air atmosphere with the temperature of 1000 DEG C for 6h; and (3) adding a binder into powder prepared in the step (2), granulating, further forming by pressing, and finally sintering in the air atmosphere with the temperature of 1050-1090 DEG C for 4h, wherein the binder is a polyvinyl alcohol solution with mass concentration of 5% and the adding amount of polyvinyl alcohol accounts for 3% of total mass of the powder. The prepared ceramic is well sintered, the dielectric constant reaches 26.1-26.8, the quality factor (Qf) is as high as 75000-91000GHz, and the resonant frequency temperature coefficient is small; therefore, lithium-containing composite oxide Li2ZnTi5O12 has great application value in the industry.
