Preparation method of wear-resistant composite material preform
The invention relates to a preparation method of a wear-resistant composite material preform, which comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing ceramic granules with an adhesive and a lubricant; (2) putting the mixture into a mold in a certain shape, and carrying out warm-press forming to obtain a preform blank with mutually contacted ceramic granules; and (3) putting the preform blank in a vacuum sintering furnace, vacuumizing to 10-100Pa, slowly heating to 100-700 DEG C, closing the vacuum valve, transferring into a special atmosphere furnace, and continuing heating to 1300-1600 DEG C to solidify and form, thereby obtaining the ceramic preform for composite materials. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of simple and convenient preparation process and high production efficiency, can enable the composite material to achieve expected wear resistance, and effectively prolongs the service life of the composite material. The physical properties of the Al2O3-ZrO2-Y2O3 complex-phase ceramic can be regulated within a wide range to adapt to different metal matrixes, and the preform thickness can be adjusted according to the wear-resistant components so as to adapt to different wear-resistant components.
