Sintering aid for aluminum oxide porous material
The invention relates to a sintering aid for an aluminum oxide porous material. The sintering aid is characterized by being prepared by mixing a titanium dioxide/and/or a precursor thereof, a copper oxide and/or a precursor thereof, and a calcium oxide and/or a precursor thereof, wherein the sintering aid is prepared from the following three elements at a molar ratio: 0.5%-30% of calcium element, 0.5%-30% of copper element and 40-99% of a titanium element. According to the sintering aid provided by the invention, the aluminum oxide ceramic is sintered at relatively low temperature; reduction of the production cost of the aluminum oxide ceramic is facilitated; and the prepared aluminum oxide porous ceramic material is high in strength and good in corrosion resistance.
