The invention relates to a frame equipped glass plate for preparation of touch screens, especially OGS (one glass solution) touch screens, and relates to a forming method for the frame of the frame equipped glass plate. The frame of the frame equipped glass plate can tolerate high temperature above 550DEG C, and has hardness up to 5H-7H, so that the product yield of the production process is greatly improved. In addition, the frame equipped glass plate provided by the invention also can be subjected to secondary reinforcement with glaze.
