P-10 nonionic/cationic composite asphalt emulsifier
The invention discloses a nonionic/cationic composite asphalt emulsifier, OP-10 is reacted with epichlorohydrin to obtain a nonionic intermediate, the nonionic intermediate is reacted with alkylamine, and by chemical reaction, the nonionic surfactant is connected with the alkyl amine for synthesis and preparation of the nonionic/cationic composite asphalt emulsifier. The nonionic/cationic composite asphalt emulsifier is a slow cracking type asphalt emulsifier, and has good emulsifying properties and storage stability on different sources of asphalt and under different pH, and asphalt emulsion performance can reach technical requirements of emulsified asphalt used in roads in technical specification JTG F40-2004 for construction of highway asphalt pavements.
