The invention discloses an internal combustion impact hammer. A power machine is fixedly connected with a connecting base by a bolt, and the other end of the connecting base is in thread connection with a shock insulating sleeve; the other end of the shock insulating sleeve is in thread connection with an impact mechanism shell, and the other end of the impact mechanism shell is fixedly connected with a hammer; a connecting rod is internally installed in the connecting base; one end of the connecting rod is inserted in a centrifugal clutch of the power machine, and the other end of the connecting rod is in thread connection with a flexible shaft; the flexible shaft is installed in the shock insulating sleeve, and the other end of the flexible shaft is connected with the shaft hole of a driving gear in the impact mechanism shell; the bearing shaft in the impact mechanism shell is fixedly connected with the shell; two cone-shaped driven gears with the same structure are symmetrically installed on the bearing shaft; the cone-shaped driven gears are configured with the same eccentric blocks; a following gear is installed on the shell by a rolling bearing; the following gear is coaxially installed with the driving gear, and is the cone-shaped gear with the same number of teeth; and the following gear and the driving gear are meshed with two cone-shaped driven gears. The internal combustion impact hammer has the characters of novel structure, good vibration isolation, convenient use and the like.
