Construction method for cutting concrete by using diamond wire saw
The invention discloses a construction method for cutting concrete by using a diamond wire saw. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) confirming a cutting position; (20 mounting a wire saw machine and a guide wheel; (3) mounting a wire tool; (4) mounting a diamond wire saw chain; (5) connecting equipment; (6) cutting; and (7) hoisting, namely, dropping a concrete support beam to the bottom of a foundation pit by using an electric block after the concrete support beam is cut, while ensuring that two ends of the concrete support beam are horizontal in the dropping process and preventing the situation that the concrete support beam inclines and slides off as the falling speeds are different. Compared with a crushing hammer for disassembling a concrete support, according to the construction method, although the construction expense is increased, the cleaning time after breakage is shortened, so that the construction period is greatly shortened, and the operation time of the labor and the equipment is shortened. In the construction process, water can be sprayed to reduce the temperature of a chain, and a dust reduction function is also achieved. Due to adoption of the wire saw cutting process, the noise and dust pollution in the construction process is reduced, disturbance to a building envelope structure is reduced, and the influence to ambient buildings can be reduced.
