The invention provides a snowmelt type bridge surface drainage device. The snowmelt type bridge surface drainage device comprises a water inlet grille grate, a water collection tank, a siphon rainwater head, a solar cell panel, a lamp pole, a storage battery, an LED street lamp and a control box. The water inlet grille grate is located on the upper portion of the water collection tank, and the siphon rainwater head is arranged in the water collection tank; the water collection tank is a deep-concave water collection area, and a heating cable is arranged at the bottom of the water collection tank; and the control box controls the storage battery to power the LED street lamp and the heating cable at the bottom of the water collection tank according to time and temperature. The drainage device can ensure that under the cold environment, bridge surface drainage is smooth; and the drainage device and the LED street lamp share the storage device, and one machine has double purposes. According to the device, complex and expensive pipeline laying is not needed, and when the outdoor temperature is below zero, it is ensured that a bridge surface rainwater draining opening is smooth. The snowmelt type bridge surface drainage device is safe, free of pollution, capable of automatically working, stable, reliable and convenient to maintain; and energy is saved, and the electric charge is saved.
