The invention relates to a road railing connector. The road railing connector comprises a base and a sleeve tube which is integrated with the base, wherein assembling holes are formed in the upper side and the lower side of the base, the sleeve tube is arranged on the base in an protruding manner, and a folded edge facing the inner side of the sleeve tube is arranged at an opening in the top end of the sleeve tube. The road railing connector disclosed by the invention is simple in structure and convenient for assembly. When in use, a transverse rod of a road railing is mounted in the sleeve tube, and the connector is fixed on an upright column of the road railing through bolts; because the folded edge is arranged at the opening in the top of the sleeve tube, the contact surface of the sleeve tube and the transverse rod of the road railing is smoother; when the transverse rod is mounted, paint on the surface of the transverse rod cannot be scraped off, so that the problem that the service life is shortened because metal materials in the transverse rod are exposed in the natural environment is solved, and the beautiful appearance of the railing is guaranteed.
