The invention provides a pile core concrete forming process. The process comprises steps as follows: (1), guaranteeing that a steel reinforcement cage is free of pollution before concrete pouring and clearing away slags and accumulated water at the bottom and on a protective wall of a pile core; (2), calculating the usage amount of concrete according to the size of the pile core; (3), mounting a special concrete pouring device, and extending a pump pipe of a concrete pump into the special concrete pouring device for concrete pouring; (4), vibrating and leveling the concrete; (5), pouring and curing are performed within 8-24 h after concrete pouring until permanent setting. The invention further provides the special concrete pouring device. The special concrete pouring device comprises a funnel-shaped enclosure and a necking assembly arranged below the enclosure, and the necking assembly comprises a pair of semi-ring plates which are arranged horizontally to form a ring. With the adoption of the process, the concrete can enter the pile core completely and smoothly by the aid of the special concrete pouring device, so that air is prevented from being generated in the concrete, the concrete is vibrated to be compact, the forming quality is improved, and waste of the concrete is avoided.
