The construction steps comprise (1) constructing a cast-in-situ bored pile to serve as a containment supporting pile; (2) constructing a water stop curtain; (3) constructing an engineering pile to serve as a vertical pile foundation and then constructing an I-shaped steel vertical column; (4) excavating surface soil to the #-shaped beam bottom standard height and constructing a basement roof longitudinal cross main beam; (5) excavating soil to the first layer basement #-shaped beam bottom standard height and constructing a first layer basement longitudinal cross main beam and a basement floor slab; (6) excavating soil to the basement base plate, constructing the basement base plate and a basement concrete external wall; (7) pouring a first layer basement unearthed hole position concrete floor slab; (8) pouring a basement roof.
