The invention discloses a construction method for a flat-ball-shaped power tower foundation made of glass fiber reinforced plastics. The construction method comprises the following steps: digging out a foundation pit, wherein the bottom surface of the foundation pit takes the shape of the surface of a lower hemisphere of a flat ball; obliquely downwards or downwards drilling a plurality of curve holes by a pipe penetrating and guiding drill and by using the foundation pit as a limit; inserting a reinforcing bar sleeved by a rubber pipe body into each curve hole; filling gaps between the rubber pipe bodies and the reinforcing bars with concrete, and then loading a reinforcing bar cage in the foundation pit; mounting a tower seat device, and pouring the concrete so as to form the flat-ball-shaped power tower foundation. A bearing platform of the power tower, built by the construction method disclosed by the invention, is flat-ball-shaped, more support pile columns can be paved, the support pile columns are paved in a clump state structure so as to support and tension the bearing platform from all directions just like the root system of a big tree, therefore, the comprehensive activity amount of the bearing platform is mutually offset, the bearing platform is firmly stationed on the ground, and a crack is avoided.
