The invention discloses a cleaning machine for a rainwater well and a bilge well. A lifting frame is mounted on a transversal guide rail; a traverse moving oil cylinder is hinged between the transversal guide rail and the lifting frame; a cleaning device is hinged to the outer side of the lifting frame through a rocker arm device which can rotate in the horizontal direction; the rocker arm device comprises two rocker arms; the two ends of the rocker arms are hinged to a sliding frame of the lifting frame and the cleaning machine respectively; a pipe receiving device is fixedly connected to one rocker arm; a cleaning swing angle oil cylinder controlling the cleaning device is hinged between the sliding frame and the rocker arms; a reduction gearbox is fixed at the top end of the cleaning device; a box rod expansion motor controlling a cleaning device box rod to expand up and down is fixed on the reduction gearbox; a receiving hopper device is mounted at the position adjacent to the cleaning device on the outer side of a main vehicle frame; a garbage tipper hopper is mounted on the main vehicle frame; four hydraulic supporting legs are distributed and mounted at the bottom of the main vehicle frame. The cleaning machine is novel in structure, plays an important role on normal application of city streets in rainy days and smoothness of sewers in residential area, and integrates environment protection and body health protection.
