The invention provides a rotatable building. The rotatable building comprises a foundation layer, wherein a middle core tube is arranged on the foundation layer; the middle core tube is cylindrical; a fixing base is arranged at the bottom of the middle core tube; the middle core tube is sleeved with a building body; multiple storeys are arranged inside the building body; a plurality of bottom rotating devices are arranged between the bottom part of the building body and a top slab; a plurality of storey rotating devices are arranged between the building body and the middle core tube. The rotatable building provided by the invention can achieve the rotation of the building body, namely the storeys inside the building body can rotate, so that orientations of the storeys are diverse, the spatial orientation of each position of each storey can change, the spatial environment, resource allocation and the like can change, and further the living comfort and the resource sharing uniformity are improved.
