The invention provides a flame-retardant plate. The flame-retardant plate comprises, by weight, 80-90 parts of spruce wood shavings, 10-15 parts of flame retardant and 5-10 parts of adhesives for particle boards. The average shaving thickness of the spruce wood shavings ranges from 0.2mm to 0.8mm. The formula of the flame-retardant plate is scientific and reasonable. Compared with the prior art, the flame-retardant plate has the following advantages that a flame-retardant system adopted by the flame-retardant plate has good flame retardant performance, the oxygen index of the produced flame-retardant plate ranges from 40% to 50%, the 1000''C flame resistance time ranges from 15 minutes to 25 minutes, the smoke formation grade is the first grade, the flame-retardant plate is harmless to users and beasts, and the main physical and mechanical properties of the flame-retardant plate meet the requirements of the national standard for first-grade products.
