The invention provides a groove plate with an embedded pipe fitting and a forming method of the groove plate. The groove plate comprises a groove plate base body with an end groove and a pipe fitting which is embedded in the end groove. The groove plate base body is constructed by adopting light-weight aggregate concrete. The pipe fitting is embedded into the groove, and therefore, the forming process of the groove plate is simple, and groove damage caused by impaction or extrusion during transformation and installation is avoided.
