The invention relates to an arc surface and adhesive groove type corner protection strip for an external corner of a wall body provided with ceramic chips. The two ceramic chips at an external corner line are connected at an angle of 45 degrees; if seamless connection is adopted, a 45-degree tangent plane needs to be made at the end part of the joint of the ceramic chips, so that the thickness and strength of the end part is reduced and damage is easily caused in daily life; if seamed connection is adopted, a crack sealer applied for attractive appearance is likely to fall off. A corner protection strip body 1 is long-strip-shaped, a central line in a length direction is bent to be right-angled, inner walls are planes perpendicular to each other, and outer walls are cylindrical surfaces; adhesive grooves 2 parallel to fold lines of the central line are formed in a backwards folded inner surface of the corner protection strip body 1; the cross sections of the adhesive grooves (2) are semi-round, rectangular or triangular. The corner protection strip has an effective protective effect on the ceramic chips at the external corner line and also can repair and beautify broken edges of the ceramic chips; as a corner protector, sharp spinous edges at the external corner are removed and possible scratches are reduced.
