The invention provides a floor capable of emitting flashes. The floor comprises a surface plate and a bottom plate, wherein a plurality of piezoelectric power generation pieces are distributed between the surface plate and the bottom plate, and a plurality of LED (light-emitting diode) flash lamps connected with the piezoelectric power generation pieces are distributed on the surface plate. When the floor is used after mounting, the piezoelectric power generation pieces can provide electric energy for the LED flash lamps for emitting the flashes along with walking or bouncing of human bodies, so that the floor is particularly suitable for mounting on the ground for use during dancing.
