The invention relates to a low-noise window having ventilation holes. Traditional windows move through the frictional force, so that harsh screaming noise is generated, and the push and the pull are inflexible; and if the windows are closed, air cannot convect thoroughly to influence the quality of the air in rooms. The low-noise window having the ventilation holes comprises a window frame body, wherein grooves are respectively formed in the upper and lower ends of the window frame body; slide ways are respectively formed in the two side edges of the grooves; shafts penetrate in the slide ways; pulleys are arranged on the shafts; and ventilation holes are formed in two longitudinal edge frames of the window frame body. The low-noise window having the ventilation holes is manufactured by traditional metal, is simple in structure and convenient to use, can reduce the noise and keep the air convection, and guarantees the quality of the air in the rooms.
