Self-adaptive electrochromic smart window
The invention relates to a self-adaptive electrochromic smart window. An electrochromic structure and a solar cell structure are sequentially formed on a substrate made of any glass material in a sputter coating mode. The electrochromic structure sequentially comprises a bottom electrode layer, an ion storage layer, an electrolyte layer, an electrochromic layer and a top electrode layer. The solar cell structure sequentially comprises an n-type semiconductor layer, an intrinsic semiconductor layer, a p-type semiconductor layer, a metal electrode layer and a protective layer. The self-adaptive electrochromic smart window can change the color according to the intensity of sunlight without an additional controller or an additional power supply, can also filter out ultraviolet rays of the sunlight and is a completely environment-friendly smart window.
