An oil contamination removal ship comprises a hull and a bow, wherein two oil baffle plates obliquely facing forwards are symmetrically installed on both sides of the bow; water inlets are formed in the area of the bow between the two oil baffle plates; an oil storage tank is arranged at the bow; the water inlets are communicated with the oil storage tank; a drainage pipe is communicated to the bottom of the oil storage tank; the other end of the drainage pipe is connected with a drainage pump installed at the tail of the hull. The oil contamination removal ship has the advantages of compact structure, convenience in use and the like.
