Foamed concrete plate and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a foamed concrete plate and a preparation method thereof. The foamed concrete plate is characterized by being composed of the following components: early strength sulfo-aluminate cement, fly ash (two grade or higher), a calcium stearate foam stabilizer, a melamine water reducer, polypropylene fiber, industrial magnesium chloride, aluminum chloride, hydrogen peroxide, and the balance being water. The total weight percentage of the components mentioned above is 100%. The cement foamed plate has the same service life as that of a building. The fireproof and thermal insulation level can reach A1 grade. Moreover, the foamed concrete plate has the advantages of high bonding strength, good weatherability, and low thermal conductive coefficient. The raw materials such as sulfo-aluminate cement and fly ash are environment-friendly materials. The foamed concrete plate is accord with the national industry policy, has a good development prospect, and can replace the conventional products. The foamed concrete plate can be applied to wall thermal insulation in civil or industrial buildings. The thickness of thermal insulation layers can be calculated according to the present design standards for energy efficiency of buildings or city building energy efficiency requirements through heat engineering calculation.
