The invention provides a high-safety single-track tram rail. The high-safety single-track tram rail comprises an inner rail core and an outer fixing base arranged on the inner rail core in a sleeving mode. An upper left fixing plate and an upper right fixing plate are arranged on the top of the outer fixing base. The two side walls of the outer fixing base are provided with air holes. A lower case is arranged at the bottom of the outer fixing base, a lower stress spring is arranged in the lower case, and the top of the lower stress spring is connected with a master control case arranged below the inner rail core. A highlight steel plate is arranged on the master control case, and an ultrasonic speed measuring device is arranged in the master control case. The high-safety single-track tram rail can well solve the problem that an existing single-track tram rail is not high in safety.
