According to the invention, the positioning technology combining the high-resolution photoelectric mileage meter and the high-precision difference satellite is adopted, thus high speed railway mileage positioning accuracy is higher than 0.1m at multiple conditions of main tracks, bridges, tunnels and the like and less than the layering interval of 0.625m between sleepers, the track fault can be accurately positioned to a concrete sleeper, and therefore the working efficiency of maintenance and detection is improved.
