The invention discloses an advertisement brake bar capable of overturning automatically to elude wind without power. The advertisement brake bar comprises an advertisement brake bar component and a switchover component, wherein the advertisement brake bar component comprises a stop level and an advertisement carrier which is arranged in the length direction of the stop level, the switchover component comprises a chuck, a rotary shaft and two connecting plywoods, wherein the chuck sleeves an output shaft of the advertisement brake bar, two ends of the chuck are provided with bearing blocks, the rotary shaft penetrates through the two bearing blocks and integrally turnovers along the stop level, the two connecting plywoods are axially connected with the rotary shaft and the stop level, the rotary shaft is connected with the bearing blocks through bearings, the shaft segment, which is located between the two bearing blocks, of the rotary shaft is sleeved with a cam return buckle, and the position, corresponding to the cam return buckle, of the chuck is provided with a cam turnover limit mechanism. The advertisement brake bar can overturn automatically under the environment of strong wind, the advertisement carrier is prevented from being destroyed by the strong wind, and the service lives of the advertisement carrier and the stop level are prolonged.
