The invention provides a protective fence washing device utilizing rainwater. The protective fence washing device comprises a horizontal plate, a running mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, a rainwater collecting mechanism and supports, wherein the supports are arranged symmetrically. The horizontal plate is arranged on the supports. The running mechanism comprises a guide rail, a supporting plate, a wheel and a first motor. The supporting plate is located on the guide rail through the wheel, the wheel is connected with the first motor, and the first motor is located below the supporting plate. The cleaning mechanism comprises a first gear, a second gear, a second motor, a first cleaning stand rod and a second cleaning stand rod, wherein the first cleaning stand rod and the second cleaning stand rod are symmetric about a protective fence, the first cleaning stand rod is connected with the first motor through a belt after penetrating out of the supporting plate, and cleaning cloth strips are fixedly connected to the rod walls of the first cleaning stand rod and the second cleaning stand rod. The rainwater collecting mechanism comprises a pot-shaped collecting device. The protective fence washing device utilizing rainwater is simple in structure and is used for washing the protective fence arranged on a road on rainy days, and for today with shortage water resources, water resources are saved while the protective fence is washed.
