The invention discloses a draining device for a soil slope dam. The draining device comprises a baseplate 1, a right rotating plate 2, an upper panel 3, a bulldozing block 4, an opening rod 5 and a left rotating plate 6, wherein the upper panel 3 and the baseplate 1 are oppositely arranged; the right rotating plate 2 and the left rotating plate 6 are respectively arranged on the left and right side surfaces of the upper panel 3 and the baseplate 1; the end surface parts of the upper and lower ends of the right rotating plate 2 and the left rotating plate 6 are respectively hinged to the upper panel 3 and the baseplate 1; the bulldozing block 4 is arranged on the end surface of the upper end of the upper panel 3; the opening rod 5 is set in threaded connection with the upper panel 3, and the end surface part of the bottom end thereof is set in contact connection with the baseplate 1; and the baseplate 1 and the upper panel 3 are opened/closed through the opening rod 5 to form a draining channel, so that a water pump or a water pipe is not required to drain any more, the drainage is thorough, and the damage to the dam or roadbed is little.
