The underwater pile strengthening self-locking plate comprises a self-anchoring connecting piece and a plurality of strengthening plates, and the strengthening plates are of arc-shaped structures and form a pillar structure to be arranged on the outer surface of a strengthening pile; the self-anchoring connecting piece is of a square structure with a notch in the lateral side, the lateral edges of the two sides of the notch are parallel to the bottom edges, vertical edges are perpendicularly arranged between the lateral edges and the bottom edges, a second buckle structure is formed by the lateral edge, the vertical edge and the bottom edge on the same side, and the second buckles on the self-anchoring connecting piece are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode. According to the technical scheme, welding construction on site is not needed, the welding working amount is reduced, the construction quality can be guaranteed, and the construction speed is effectively increased; cofferdam construction is not needed on the construction site, not many underwater strengthening devices are needed, and the cost is reduced.
