The invention relates to a wooden building based on concrete frameworks and a construction method of the wooden building. The wooden building comprises a plurality of unit structural bodies sequentially stacked from bottom to top. A concrete floor system for vertical fire control partition is arranged between every two connected unit structural bodies. Each unit structural body comprises the corresponding concrete framework and a wooden house body arranged in the concrete framework. The construction method includes the steps of firstly, punning and erecting a foundation at a building construction site, and meanwhile erecting a building basement; secondly, erecting the concrete frameworks and hanging wood boxes into the concrete frameworks; thirdly, laying the concrete floor systems on the tops of the concrete frameworks; fourthly, repeatedly executing the second step and the third step to complete the construction of all the unit structural bodies. Compared with the prior art, the wooden building has the advantages that on the basis of the concrete frameworks, the current situation that pure wood structure buildings can only be used as low-rise buildings is broken, and the wooden building conforms to the sustainable development strategy, is high in construction speed and high in seismic resistance and little influences the environment.
