The invention discloses a fabricated building block and a fabricated building block wall and a construction method thereof. The building block is composed of a main building block, a 1/2 main building block, a cross-node building block, a T-node building block, a corner building block, an endpoint building block, a basic building block and a cover plate. The fabricated building blocks and cubic pin building blocks are combined into the wall together, are integrated, and are firm and solid. The fabricated building block is suitable for short walls built by building blocks with medium and large sizes and can be widely applied to building enclosing walls of courtyards and industrial sites and flower bed walls of squares and gardens. The relatively complex construction operation of traditional mortar bonding blocks is simplified, and the working efficiency is improved; more important, the fabricated building block and the wall can be repeatedly utilized for many times after being dismounted.
