An energy-saving color steel house comprises a color steel house body and two temperature regulating devices arranged on the two sides of a roof of the color steel house body respectively. Each temperature regulating device comprises a frame, an aluminum foil heat preservation coiled material, a nylon net and a pull rope. Each aluminum foil heat preservation coiled material comprises an aluminum foil veneer and an air bubble film. Each aluminum foil veneer comprises an upper aluminum foil veneer body and a lower aluminum foil veneer body, wherein the upper aluminum foil veneer body and the lower aluminum foil veneer body are bonded and connected to the upper side and the lower side of the corresponding air bubble film respectively, and the outer surface of the upper aluminum foil veneer body and the outer surface of the lower aluminum foil veneer body are provided with raised grains. Each aluminum foil heat preservation coiled material is laid between the corresponding frame and the corresponding nylon net. Each nylon net is arranged on the corresponding aluminum foil heat preservation coiled material, and the periphery of each nylon net is connected with the corresponding frame so that the nylon net can cover the corresponding aluminum foil heat preservation coiled material. One end of each pull rope is connected with the top of the corresponding frame, the two ends of the bottom of each frame are connected with an eave shaft of the color steel house body, and the other end of each pull rope falls vertically to the position below an eave. The energy-saving color steel house is simple in structure, good in heat insulation and preservation performance, convenient to use, capable of solving the problem of color steel house temperature regulating fundamentally and easy to popularize, and energy sources are greatly saved.
