As the folding stairway body is installed at the top of the enclosing wall, when emergency situations occur, people do not need to worry, and children will not fall down; under the emergency situations, people can climb over the enclosing wall only by turning the folding stairway body down, the folding stairway body can serve people, and if people have already left, the folding stairway body can be turned up to the top of the enclosing wall, and restored to the original shape.
