Provided are a firmly-connected architectural decoration panel and an attaching method thereof. The architectural decoration panel is adhered to a building body through an attaching adhesion layer and is provided with a back side plane facing the attaching adhesion layer and a front side plane opposite to the back side plane, wherein an adhesion layer filling groove extending in the horizontal direction and inwards sunken from the back side plane is formed in the middle position of the back side plane, the end in the horizontal direction, of the adhesion layer filling groove, is opened, and the other end of the adhesion layer filling groove is closed. Multiple bearing columns are evenly and fixedly arranged at the central position of the adhesion layer filling groove in the horizontal direction, and the heights of the bearing columns extending out of the back side plane are at least one half of the thickness of the attaching adhesion layer.
