The cushion pad is added between the buckles, so that the tightness of connection between the buckles is increased, the problem that the when the floor is broken under the condition of long-time thermal expanding and cold contraction is solved, and in addition, better vertical shock-absorbing effect can be achieved through the arrangement of the cushion pad.
