The invention discloses a heat recovery and low energy consumption constant-temperature swimming pool. The swimming pool comprises a wall, a solar energy absorption and storage unit, an air source heating energy storage unit, a swimming pool pipeline heat supply unit and a heat pump dehumidification and heat recovery unit. The heat supply modes of the swimming pool pipeline heat supply unit are switched through control, over valves and water pumps, of control modules, the heat pump dehumidification and heat recovery unit improves the indoor visibility, purifies air and meanwhile recovers waste gas waste heat, and therefore energy consumption is further lowered, and the environment is protected. Solar energy and air heat energy are reasonably utilized for achieving constant temperature and controllability of the swimming pool and dynamic circulation of water in the pool, the swimming pool achieves energy saving and environmental friendliness, meanwhile, the utilization rate of the swimming pool is increased, and the requirement for the low cost of heat supply for the swimming pool in winter is met.
