The invention relates to a three-dimensional circulation animal and plant breeding method and a three-dimensional circulation animal and plant breeding device. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of arranging animals and plants onto a ring-shaped closed trajectory formed by a plurality of three-dimensional spiral lines which are connected end to end, and enabling the animals and the plants to run on the ring-shaped closed trajectory; fixedly placing foods, nutriments and the like which are needed by the animals and the plants on the ground or at the side of the moving trajectory near the ground to enable the animals and the plants to obtain the substances needed by growth at the fixed time and the fixed place in the moving process until the animals and the plants are mature.
