The comb tooth exchange plane shifting parking device with the side longitudinal lifts comprises a frame structure, a lifting mechanism, the lifts, an exit garbage platform and an entrance garbage platform. The frame structure is used for supporting and comprises multiple layers of parking platforms. Each layer of parking platforms comprise two symmetrical vehicle loading frame roller paths. Each vehicle loading frame roller path comprises a comb tooth vehicle loading frame. A longitudinal carrying trolley walking roadway is arranged between the two symmetrical vehicle loading frame roller paths of each layer.
